Its spring safety system is used as the overload protection system to allow foreign iron lumps to get through the crushing chamber without damage to the crusher. Both glycerin and water sealing modes are employed to separate the stone powder and lubrication oil, thus achieving stable and reliable operation. The shape of the crushing chamber is decided by the size of feeding material. The standard form (PYB) is suitable for medium crushing, and the medium and short ones is appropriate for fine crushing.
Principes de fonctionnement
Les matériaux sont comprimés et écrasés entre les cônes mobiles et fixes. Ainsi, le concasseur à cône à ressort est plus avancé et plus efficace que le concasseur à mâchoires. Son cône mobile est maintenu par le roulement sphérique, et le cône fixe par un arbre dressé suspendu qui est placé dans le manchon excentrique du palier de butée et de poussée.Le cône mobile et l’arbre droit sont entraînés par le manchon d’arbre excentrique. Et le manchon d’arbre excentrique est entraîné par un arbre horizontal et un engrenage fabriqué, et la roue de la bande transporteuse est directement entraînée par le moteur via les courroies trapézoïdales. La partie inférieure de l’arbre vertical est montée dans le manchon excentrique. Lorsque le manchon excentrique tourne, une surface conique se forme. Une fois que le cône mobile se déplace près du cône fixe, les roches et les minerais sont brisés, et lorsque le cône mobile part, des matériaux broyés seront déchargés. En outre, le cône fixe peut monter et descendre afin d’ajuster la largeur du trou de décharge.
